We are active competitors at Patriot Ballroom.  Besides the desire for improvement and athletic excellence, a benefit of competing is that coaches and competitors become friends for life. The shared memories are invaluable.  Competition dancing develops confidence, self-esteem, and keeps you fit!  

We are currently dancing the National Dance Council of America (NDCA) circuit, The Fred Astaire National Calendar, and some selected international events, such as Blackpool Dance Festival.
